Lead Advisor & Property Valuer
Sam brings over 25 years of experience in property and valuation but Hazel & Fred began from something more personal.
After supporting his own family through decisions around downsizing, retirement living and aged care, Sam saw how complex and emotional these transitions can be. He created Hazel & Fred to offer the kind of calm, independent guidance he wished more families had access to.
Sam is a Registered Valuer and former town planner with qualifications in Property, Planning and Accounting. He’s worked across private, public, and professional service roles, and is known for his clarity, honesty, and attention to detail.
Today, he works one-on-one with clients and draws on a trusted circle of professionals when needed, so support always feels steady, thoughtful, and clear.
Sam lives in Brisbane with his wife and two daughters and brings a personal commitment to every client he works with.
