Hazel & Fred was created to offer the kind of support we’d want for our own family.
Sam is a Registered Property Valuer, Licensed Buyer's Agent and Town Planner with over 25 years of experience in the Queensland property market, and someone who has personally guided his own family through downsizing decisions.
Sam holds qualifications in Property, Planning, and Accounting, and trained as a Town Planner before moving into property. He has worked across private practice, government, and professional services, and today works one-on-one with every client.

When I watched close family members go through these transitions, I saw how emotional and confusing the process can be, and how rare it is to find advice that's both practical and truly independent. With over 25 years of experience in the Queensland property market, I wanted to create something more personal. A professional service that puts people before process.
