When facing big decisions about retirement living or downsizing, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. After helping close family members through these transitions, I saw just how emotional and confusing the process can be and how rare it is to find advice that’s both practical and truly independent.
With over 25 years in property and planning, I wanted to create something more personal. A trusted service that puts people before process. Calm. Honest. No pressure.
The business is named after my grandparents Hazel and Fred as a reminder to approach every conversation with warmth, patience and care.
